Ive never had a dry brush before. I started doing brief dry brushing before getting in the shower to help with lymphatic drainage. The feeling of the brush is like an exfoliating massage for my skin. Love it!

I have not had a body brush before so I don't have anything to compare it to. The bristles are pretty sharp so I can't rub too hard. Not sure if these things work or not but it was on sale so I thought I would try it.
