Customer service got back to me and confirmed that this is the new formula and consistency. It looks like the packaging is possibly updated now too. I still don't prefer the lotion consistency, but it does work. I'll keep what I've purchased, but I don't know that I'll buy again in the future.

I'm waiting to hear back from the customer service team if I just got 3 faulty bottles, but in the meantime, I feel compelled to inform anyone that used this prior to their formula change that the consistency is no longer watery and that it doesn't spray like a mist anymore. What I received this month is basically a lotion that sprays in a stream and creates a blob on my skin that HAS to be rubbed in. I am so disappointed if this is the new product because I LOVED their bug spray and bought it yearly. But part of the point of bug spray is that you can kind of just mist it everywhere. If it is a lotion now, it isn't as usable (and should probably come in a squeeze bottle instead). Photo is 3 sprays of the product on my arm.

Wonderful product. Smells lovely and it works! I hate Deet based products, so this is a life saver. I went on a long hike in a tick heavy area. Sprayed my feet with this (I used a lot) and had NO TICKS. Not sure if that’s its purpose, but it worked.

I have allergies to several preservatives used in skin care and household products. I’ve never had a problem with any Nourish products. I trust them to be safe for my itchy skin.

I used the spray while in Hilton Head. It worked great on my body. I should have used it on my hair and head too. I did get bit several times there. I hope it’s ok to use there too!

I've been a loyal customer for 12 years now. When I first moved to GA the no-see-ums were killing me. Once I found this product all was good. I try to never run out. They changed the formula from a spray to more of a lotion consistency, it still works but the ease of use and ability to spray my clothes isn't possible any longer. I hope they go back to the spray version, or at least offer both options.

I tried this product this summer of 2023. I was so pleased with it. I wanted to order another bottle for the summer of 2024 it keeps mosquitoes and gnats off of you which we have plenty of those in southern Virginia. Love this product and it smells so good.

For someone who lives in the south like me, a good bug spray is a must! It is just as important that it smells great and feels clean. This product protects my family from the pesky insects, even gnats!! Plus, it has a very fresh scent and doesn't leave our skin sticky. I love it!
