Love the steamers, failed to receive my reward item

I do love these steamers… however this time as I put in my order and placed my rewards for an extra steamer the last order- the company failed to send the reward. I know things happen but that also lost me out on my points in my rewards account. Not too thrilled with that. I just wanted to let customers know it happened to me , I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I would like to continue getting these amazing products. Rewards aren’t necessary but still it’s a nice bonus considering it’s a part of signing up.
